Indy City Center - close to everything

Positive: The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, as well as conveniently located to downtown Indianapolis. I also appreciated how friendly the host was and how quickly he responded to messages. It was perfect for my quick business trip to Indy, and I'd definitely stay again!

The house is such a sweet little oasis away from the busyness of Indianapolis. I had 5 special needs kiddos and it works well. However, if you have a wheelchair kiddo there are small steps to go up and no ramp. It was manageable in my wagon though. Parking is located across the street from the house and can seem a tad overwhelming but the neighbors across the street are amazing and accommodating ❤️ The place was clean and when I need to stay in Indy I will definitely use this again. The host was amazing at getting back to questions as well. Overall top notch service and beautiful home.

Great little place. comfortable bed and a great shower what more can you ask for.

While the studio has been updated and all amenities are as described, it could have been deep cleaned better. The bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The towels provided smelled musty. The bed frame (while goes with the theme of the studio) was made from pallets. The neighborhood was quiet but a few “city noises” kept us awake at night. Again not the owners fault, but want to make anyone considering this VRBO, you will definitely hear sirens and trains. The location was perfect for our short trip to IUPUI and many local restaurants. A larger coffee pot also would have been nice to have, but the Keurig was convenient.

We were looking for a quiet time away and this met all of our needs!
